Beta terms
These terms apply to the invitation-only GuideTone beta. No payment is collected in this release.
Beta scope
Demo, Manual chords, and Upload are the supported beta paths. Room-microphone harmony analysis and optional guitar tracking are experimental. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while reliability is evaluated.
Music rights
Upload only audio that you own, created, or are otherwise authorized to process. Do not use GuideTone to copy, distribute, or extract protected recordings. You keep your rights in the audio you provide and grant GuideTone only the limited permission needed to analyze it for your session.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, overload, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, upload malicious files, or use the beta unlawfully. Access may be suspended to protect testers and infrastructure.
Accuracy and availability
Chord, key, note, and practice guidance can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important musical decisions yourself. The beta is provided for evaluation and learning, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Feedback
You may send suggestions and bug reports through the beta support channel. GuideTone may use that feedback to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.
Privacy and ending access
The privacy notice explains current data handling. You may stop using the beta at any time and clear local site data. GuideTone may end beta access if required for safety, compliance, or product operations.
Before commercial launch
These beta terms are an operational draft, not the final commercial agreement. Legal entity, governing law, formal contact details, and any paid-service terms will be supplied before a commercial release.
